Can I pay by phone?

Yes. We can manually process credit card payments over the phone or via Skype. Go to our contact us page where you can find us on Skype. Or submit a contact us form and we’ll be sure to get back to you promptly to take your order.

Can I pay with bank wire transfer (EFT)?

We can accept payment via bank wire transfer. Please note that a $20 wire fee will apply for all orders less than $1,000.00 USD.

Create your order online using the offline payment option and contact us to request payment by bank wire. We will apply the $20.00 wire fee to your invoice if applicable and supply the necessary account details to complete the bank wire.

Submit proof that the bank wire transaction has been completed and we will begin processing your order. Note that the order will not ship until the funds have cleared in our bank account.

Do you accept checks?

If paying via check works best for you, we'll take it.

Do you accept purchase orders?

We are happy to work with your company’s purchasing policy. If you are placing a bulk order or custom project and would like to send us your purchase order, we can accommodate that.

Contact us for approval and then you can easily submit your order online.

Do you offer payment terms? Can you issue a line of credit?

It is possible. For larger quantity custom orders, contact us and we will talk to you about it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card ( AMEX, Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal.

We can also accept offline payments including bank wire transfer (EFT), check or purchase order. Please note that purchase orders must be pre-approved. All offline payments will not be shipped until funds have cleared through our bank and/or we receive your check.

Why won’t your website accept my credit card at check out?

We don’t want to be scammed and we don’t want to scam you. So we’ve got to take certain security precautions when authorizing a credit card. It is absolutely critical that the billing zip/postal code matches the billing address on file with the credit card you are using. If the postal code doesn’t match, you’re order will be declined.

If you’re sure you’ve got all the right information and you still can’t get your order through check out, don’t give up hope! You can submit your order with the offline payment option.
