We don’t charge a setup cost for custom printing; however, we do incur an internal setup cost for small quantity orders. That cost has been included in the price of the product. This is why smaller quantity custom printed orders are more expensive.

Yes we can print NFC cards with unique elements such as photos, contact information, QR codes and UIDs.

We can do two-sided printing on NFC cards, tokens, key fobs, key cards and buttons. Even NFC window stickers can have printing on both sides. If you have a custom product in mind, there is a good chance we can do that too. Contact us.

Yes, we can print a serial unique identification number (UID) on most of our NFC tags.

We make ABSOLUTELY no changes to your artwork. If something needs to be corrected, we will contact you to make the changes.

This is completely dependent on the type of NFC tag. Some of our NFC products can be printed in full color CMYK, while other products are restricted to 1 to 2 color silk screen printing. Refer to the specific printed product that you are interested in for its print restrictions.

• ABS key fobs are printed in 1 to 2 color Pantone silk screen printing. Lead time is typically 2 to 3 weeks.
• Epoxy key tags are printed in full color (CMYK) two-sided thermal transfer printing. Lead time for epoxy key tags is longer due to the time required for the epoxy to dry. Typical lead time is about 2 and a half to 3 weeks.
• PVC mini key cards are printed in full color (CMYK) two-sided thermal transfer printing. Typical lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.

• Teslin passes are digitally printed on 30 mil thermal laminated Teslin. Unique elements can be printed in any color. Lead time is 3 to 7 business days for most order sizes.
• PVC passes are digitally or offset printed on 0.5 mm thick PVC. Unique elements can only be printed in black. Typical lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.

NFC card printing methods and lead times

• Our "rapid prototyping" NFC PVC cards are printed with a 48-hour turnaround using our in-house printer. This printer uses retransfer technology to produce full color edge-to-edge printed NFC cards in 304 dpi (12 dots/mm) print resolution. These cards are for small run orders only (10 to 300 pieces) and only applies to 86 x 54 mm or 54 x 86 rectangle white PVC cards or lanyard cards. They are for proof of concept and prototyping purposes.
• For large orders (300+) we use offset printing to achieve the highest print quality. These large orders of 300 pieces or more are printed in full color CMYK on the front and back.

• Small orders of 50 to 250 pieces are digitally printed and supplied on sheets. These orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days.
• Medium size orders of 250 to 5,000 pieces, have the option to be digitally printed in sheet format for fast turnaround or ink jet printed in roll format for longer turnaround (2 to 3 weeks).
• Large orders of 5,000+ pieces are ink jet or flexographic printed and supplied in roll format. Lead time is typically 2 to 3 weeks.

• Silicone circle, oval and watch strap wristbands are silk screen printed in 1 to 2 colors on the face. Additional print locations on the strap will incur a $65.00 fee per additional location. Typical lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.
• Tyvex ID bands are printed in full color CMYK. PVC Id bands are printed in 1 to 2 color silk screen. Typical lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.
• Tyvex disposable bands are printed in full color CMYK with quick turnaround. Typical lead time is 3 to 7 business days.
• Fabric wristbands are woven in 1 to 4 colors. The PVC or laminated tag is printed in full color CMYK. Typical lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.

If you use any font other than standard Windows system fonts you must convert the font into outlines.

We only accept high resolution artwork that is >300 dpi. We prefer vector graphics in Adobe Illustrator (ai) or Photoshop (psd) files. We can also work with pdf and eps files. If your artwork contains unique fonts, you will need to provide the font file(s) or rasterize your artwork so that the fonts are converted into curves/lines. We provide downloadable print templates for most of our printed products.
